The Ala Carte Learning Solutions team is dedicated to our belief that all children can learn successfully when taught carefully. We believe that using one-to-one Direct Instruction will change a child’s life and ensure the self confidence every child needs for life long success!
Dr. Margo Barnhart
CEO/Professional Educator
Margo grew up with a passion for learning and knew that she was destined to be an educator. Since she began her career, Margo has held a variety of positions from an elementary education classroom teacher and special education teacher all the way to the superintendent of schools in Colorado.
Dr. Barnhart’s formal education includes degrees in Liberal Arts, Elementary Education, Special Education Teaching & Administration and finally her doctorate from Harvard University in Administration, Planning and Social Policy in 1991. During her career, Dr. B. was a pioneer in the charter school movement authoring some of the first charters for schools in Greeley, Loveland and our own Windsor Charter Academy.
Dr. B., as her students call her, is currently the CEO of Ala Carte Learning Solutions, Inc., a public benefit corporation she founded in 2015 when she retired as a professor of elementary education at UNC.

Ashley Logelin
Executive Director
Ashley first came to Ala Carte Learning Solutions looking to find intervention for her own child years ago! Her daughter was struggling with reading. As many other parents, Ashley and her husband became frustrated trying to help at home and decided to seek an outside resource. They brought their daughter in for an academic assessment and decided this was the exact thing that she needed. After three months, she was reading two grade levels above where she started. They were thrilled.
Ashley was so impressed, she wanted to be involved! She saw how confident her daughter had become with reading and she decided she wanted to make a difference in children’s lives like it had made in her own child!
Ashley then trained to be an instructor. She has taught one to one as well as small groups at our center and a local school. Ashley is now Ala Carte Learning Solution’s Executive Director and also continues to provide academic intervention to our students.

Teaching Team
Certified Instructors
All of our Ala Carte Learning Solutions instructors are trained using our proven teaching program. Our instructors are background checked and are carefully placed with students ensuring a good fit for successful learning.
Setting the standard in providing quality, one on one teaching, learners can expect to have the same instructor for their entire 30 lessons. This gives our teachers time to get to know their student and learners can focus on their lessons and not worry about seeing a new instructor each time.
We focus on building relationships with all our students, and encourage them to grow at their own pace.
